He will join CBRE at year-end, succeeding Ciaran Bird, who CBRE<br \/>previously announced will be stepping down as its UK &amp; Ireland Advisory leader.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to co-heading Jefferies\u2019 global real estate group, Bhuchar leads the firm\u2019s EMEA real estate,<br \/>gaming and lodging practice.<\/p>\n<p>Vikram Kohli, CEO of Advisory Services, CBRE, said: \u201cWe are excited that Rishi will be joining<br \/>CBRE, he is an exceptional leader who has a deep understanding of capital markets dynamics in the real<br \/>estate sector.
